It is super smooth for using any reaction bait like the plopper or its also great with spinnerbaits and chatterbaits. Today I went out and slammed fish all day chucking a 130 whopper plopper on it and it felt great. I originally picked it up after reading about the advanced braking system and was planning on making it my lightweight baitcaster setup but now I'm am pleasantly surprised to find out that it can handle a lot more.
